As we enter the festive season, it is important to consider those less fortunate. For some of the families we support, Christmas as most of us know it is simply not possible, due to finances and other difficulties.
Every child deserves to feel happy, and this time of year can be particularly hard on those families already struggling.
For those who can help, there’s lot’s of ways to get involved and help make this Christmas magical and memorable for children in Leeds.
Here are the ways that you can support children living at disadvantage this festive period.
Christmas Gift Appeal
Every year we ask for your help in giving a child a gift at Christmas – and we need that help more than ever! We are asking for toys for all gender and ages from babies right through to teenagers (so the whole family can get something to open). We are looking for businesses and individuals to donate new gifts for those who need them most - so we can distribute to families in time for Christmas, the deadline for our gift donation is Monday the 09th of December.

Christmas Raffle
Give the gift of love, and enter our Christmas Raffle! Enter our festive raffle and be in with a chance to win amazing prizes, generously donated by local businesses. Your contribution will help make a meaningful difference to young lives this Christmas.

Christmas Giving At Lineham Farm
We’d love for you to come and visit Lineham Farm to drop off a gift under our tree, meet some of our animals, visit the wonderful grounds, and enjoy a winter stroll through our woodlands. We’ll also have some Christmas crafts, hot chocolates and mince pies!

The Big Give – One donation, twice the impact!
Help us take part in the Christmas Challenge to raise £5,000 in one week and double the total to £10, 000 through match funding! Every pound donated during this week will be doubled by match funding, so there’s no better time to show your support! Campaign starts December 3rd – December 10th 12pm

Winter Wreath Workshop | Saturday 14th December 10am-1pm
Help to support Leeds Children's Charity at Lineham Farm and take part in our Winter Wreath Workshop. Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of wreath making, this Christmas. We'll guide you through the art of creating stunning Christmas wreaths, and what's more, all proceeds from ticket sales help to support the wonderful work of Lineham Farm!
